Īs for the laggy typing, only thing that works sometimes is CMD+Q quit everything, walk away for 5 minutes and then reopen. Do you get that bug too? My boyfriend and I are both running the same version of Catalina and OneNote as you and we always get so frustrated that OneNote does the scroll to top thing when we're typing and minding our own business. I already want to bash my head against my desk without OneNote randomly dragging me back to the top of the page every time, not being able to print. Such an irritating bug in addition to the shit cake that is trying to print notes off OneNote and another reason why I'm probably switching completely to GoodNotes and Word for next semester of law school. I've tested 5 other app text fields at the exact same time as ON lag was happening (Keep, Notes, Word, Chrome, Spotlight search) and found 0 lag at all. What happens is that the typing is laggy and trails behind after my keypresses.
I've been having this bug recently too but not always.
